Popcorn Education – Terms and Conditions
1.0 ABOUT POPCORN EDUCATION

1.1 The ‘Gadget Shop©’ is a product created by ‘Popcorn Education©’.
​
2.0 POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
​
2.1 Postage and packing to your school is £5.95 for standard delivery. International delivery (and delivery to the ROI) is charged at £19.95.
​
2.2 Express delivery can be purchased for UK customers at a cost of £9.95.
​
2.3 Items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days, although occasionally up to 10 working days may be required to dispatch your order. Where possible, we will try to ensure deliveries are made during weekdays.
​
2.4 Smaller items, that weigh less than 1kg, are shipped with Royal Mail. Larger items, that weigh more than 1kg, are shipped via courier.
3.0 OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
​
3.1 Occasionally, we may be unable to source a product from one of our wholesalers. If this is the case then we will endeavour to find a similar product to include in your ‘Gadget Shop’.
​
3.2 If the value of the replacement product is more than the original cost then we, Popcorn Education, will pay the difference.
4.0 PRIVACY POLICY

4.1 All school data is protected by the data protection act. Popcorn Education© may post the name of your school on our website, www.popcorneducation.co.uk. Should you wish, your school can be removed from this list. Please contact us should this be the case.
5.0 SALES

6.0 PAYMENTS
​
6.1 At Popcorn Education © we accept payment in the following ways. Cheque. Internet Transfer (BACS). Credit/ Debit Card Payment. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of receipt. Cheques must be made payable to ‘Popcorn Education’.
7.0 RETURNS AND REFUNDS

7.1 You have the right to return your goods, without reason, within 30 working days of delivery, provided that the goods are returned undamaged and in their original condition. If you wish to cancel your order then please email or write to us within seven working days of receiving your goods.
7.2 ‘Popcorn Education’ will refund the total amount of monies paid for goods, less any costs incurred, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice in writing. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the school.
